Who are you and what’s your role at LCTI?

My name is Mr. Keeler and I’m the Heating / Air Conditioning & Refrigeration teacher at Lehigh Career & Technical Institute.

What’s your educational background?

I graduated from fro William Allen High School. I completed a certificate program for Purchasing and Materials Management at Northampton  Community College. I completed my HVAC training through the adult education program at BAVTS. I have my EPA 608 certification and have OSHA 30 Certificate training.

What’s your professional background?

I work for ten years in the service department at Dual Temp Company. I moved to the service managers position in the company and served in that position for seven years before joining LCTI.

What’s your claim to fame?

I was able to increase cash flow in the service department by streamlining the billing process and shortening the time between service work and the customer receiving the invoice for the service. I shifted emphasis from the office strategies to one that aligned office procedures with field protocols.

What do you love about working at LCTI?

I love interacting with students and watching their growth. When my students express the joy I am projecting, I know I am having an impact.
